This is a cozy cottage situated just steps from the beach. Master bedroom with King size bed and a second bedroom with a large full size over full size bunk bed. Perfect for mom, dad and the kids to get a way to a summer paradise. Or just a couple looking for a cozy house. Even a single person looking for a relaxing retreat.

Furnishings are comfortable. Includes WiFi and TV. The atmosphere is informal with bare wood walls and skylights and a definite summer cottage vibe. Not heated so available May to October. Enjoy!

Neighborhood

This house is located in a gated summer community called Nonquitt. My great grandfather was one of several people who bought land and started this community in the 1880's.

Nonquitt is a special place with beautiful private beaches, a 9 hole golf course, tennis courts and amazing scenery right on Buzzards bay in Dartmouth MA.
